David recognized that a number of organizations, businesses, and speakers offer programs addressing critical incident stress and PTSD, but few deliver programs on the daily stress of a public safety employee or in the work place. After a number of months researching, and 30 years of personal experience both on and off the job, David has created a stress awareness and management program designed especially for police, fire, and EMS but equally applicable to other professions.
David L. Windsor and Associates was created for the sole purpose of providing life changing programs to the unsung heros of the emergency services.
